switch from 0.4 to 0.2 mm on Ender-5

I have printed for a few years on a Creality Ender-5 with few problems. I have some rather small parts that are doing fine with a 0.4mm Nozzle, but I expect a 0.2mm would be a bit cleaner.
Is it normal to switch nozzles for this machine? The vendor is late i replying but I thought some members here would have some experience in this.
