Best material/technology for durable and color printing?

Hey colleagues,

I'm going to make an enclosure for my little electronic toy. It will be quite thin (1-1.5 mm wall), it should have plastic a bit uneven surface feeling + should not be degraded in water. Also it should have specially chosen color shade.

The last one is important conditions, but theoretically I'm willing to consider using colored material is close in hue.

What is most suitable material you think I have to choose for 3D printing/prototyping?
What prototyping house you could recommend (preferably in UK/EU)?

I'd probably go with one of the SLA printers that use Resin under water. Maybe try the Peachy Printer when it ships.

The peachy resin isn't underwater, it's floating on the water.
