If you recall, last year Buttercup, a duck got a prosthetic foot. The foot was created by 3D printing a mold which would be used to create the actual prosthetic.
The problems was that it was too expensive to continue printing feet for Buttercup this way, so the team turned to directly 3D printing them. They got amazing results!
