The print does not starts

Hi,

I have assembled a RapidBot 3.0 I got my first 3-4 prints and 4 print was disaster. Much of PLA got deposited on the J-Head or extruder. Now if I give print command, none of my axis moves to their initial position which if I am not printing moves in desired motion through driver. I am unable to make out the problem. According to Pronterface the J-Head or extruder doesn't heat up instead if I pre-heat it to 185 degreeC for PLA it starts cooling off after the print command is given.

I definitely need help here.
