Don't Buy From Wanhao

I have had the misfortune of dealing with this company. Their quality control is awful. Their communication is terrible.

My printer doesn't work, and they have decided to stop replying to my emails after I asked for a refund. It's been a while since I bought the printer and it still didn't work, so I decided to buy a more trusted brand, Creality CR10. It worked as soon as I assembled it.

I asked for a refund, since after months of emailing them my Wanhao printer still doesn't work, but they have stopped replying to me altogether. It has been almost 3 weeks now since I asked.

what printer did you buy ?
And what is wrong with it ?

On the whole wanhao make good machines.
