Ender 3 hotend replacement part install problem

Hi, I ordered an Ender 3 hotend replacement part because mine stopped giving the temperature.. part arrives but the connectors do not match my board there are 3 common connectors the kind you would see on most motherboards and two red wires with connectors 2 of them are for fans 1 is for the thermistor and the red ones I would assume power put I could be wrong. Is there some one who could help maybe tell me were I can get instructions for installing it on my board.
