noob needing help with ender 5 plus not printing

Hi im completely new to 3d printing and am having some troubles. I have an Ender 5 plus with a microswiss direct drive with hot end upgrade. I did 2 prints just fine when i first set it up then out of the blue it started ramming the bed into the nozzle when i went to level the bed. after updating the bl touch firmware that seemed to go away but now when i got to print after heating up and auto leveling it just sits there and completes the print very quickly without actually moving or printing or doing anything. I have no idea what to do now and would greatly appreciate some guidance here. thanks.
