Slic3r - Where's the Expert Mode?

I'm using the latest version of Slic3r, but it is in Simple Mode. The on-line manual shows a great number of settings that can be made to improve prints, but I can't work out how to get into the Expert Mode.Can someone send a crazy old emu down the right track, please?Old Man Emu

Should be in File>Preferences and there is a drop down box to select simple or expert modes.
