U.S. Army May Soon Incorporate 3D Printing in Production of Garments and Gear

It really seems like the U.S. Army is at the forefront of this 3D printing thing. We have already discussed how they have researchers working on 3D printing food, warheads, and even human skin, but now they are looking at 3D printing garments and gear for soldiers. There are several ways in which 3D printing can advance the uniforms of soldiers. This includes, making them lighter, more comfortable, and even safer.
