temperature changes on Ender 3 pro extruder

Relative noob with Ender 3 Pro--stock--That changes Extruder Temp during a print. Am running Cheps profile with changes to hot end 215 and bed 63. Starting at 215 it will go to 220, 225, and sometimes to 200, 190 or 185, randomly. The time varies from 2 or 3 minutes on up, and always to a number divisible by 5. Way beyond my pay grade! Any help is very appreciated. Thanks!
