Prototyping service recommendations

I'd like to have a small prototype made. 1st, I have no 3D skills, so I guess I need to talk with a pro. Not a very complicated item, so would someone on fiverr be ok?

For the actual prototype, would a service in China be best? I'm currently in Thailand. Any recomendations?
