PLA filament that came with a NEW QIDI X plus machinesettings shown belowPictures of issue see belowI tried adjusting retraction setting, print and travel speed and used recommended layer height=0.25, wall line count=2, line width=0.4 walls, bottom layers=2, top layers=3, and in fill =15% still no change in the roughness of filament layers at a particular point in the build ONLY.
