I'm trying silk filament for the first time. It is 1.75mm ttyt3d silk pla gold. print temp 205-235. While running a temp tower it causes the extruder stepper motor to tick the entire time. It also strings all the way to 195c but is best at 195. Normal pla runs just fine. Any idea how I can resolve this or is it just the filament?
Also, Im using a Longer lk4 pro which I just replaced the Hotend, tubing, thermister, and heating element. The silk was the first run of all that and filament slides through the tubing much more smoothly than it did before. Normal pla was tested after the silk and actually had stringing using my normal settings which did not get stringing before.
