Finding misc parts for a FlashForge CreatorX clone

Monoprice discontinued my printer so I'm wondering where I might find miscellaneous parts like an LCD, buttons or other misc parts?

I`ve seen some after following this link. There was a shop described, and there were FlashForge parts

You can check with Flashforge but they are going to be pricey. Another thing to look at is check ebay for QIDI, the Tech-1 is also a clone and the same as the Flashforge Creator Pro. some of the parts should be usable.
