Anet A8 - 1st layer problem

Like You see on the move there are gaps in straight line, and at the begging of print it smear some dots.
This are the parameters used in this print:
print speed: 28mm/s
print temp: 200C
bed temp: 65C
retraction speed: 40mm/s
retraction distance: 4.5mm
travel speed: 55mm/s
bottom layer speed: 10mm/s
filanmet diameter 1.75mm
I also try at bed covered with paper glue, it a a little better but the gaps with lines was still there.
I increase the extrusion speed in printer setting to 105mm/s that is why it is look a little messy, unfortunately gaps not disappear https://www.facebook.com/images/emoj...1/16/1f641.png:(
I test it also on 97mm/s and on 100mm/s, was cleaner less stings but not affecting gaps in 1s layer https://www.facebook.com/images/emoj...1/16/1f641.png:-(
I use a feeler to level bed, and it is set to 0,1mm from glass surface.
