Issues with print NOT sticking the supports

Hey Folks

I'm new to printing. Just purchased a Kelant s400s printer and am using anycubic clear 405 resin. The problem that I am having is the print will not adhere to the supports. The supports look fine but the print looks like it is sticking to the fep. I was sure to clean the vat good, even applied ptfe to it to see if that was the issue. This print is by far the best so far as I can see some of the part of the first layer of the print after I increased. I had issues with the recent version of chitubox only shadowing the part, so I am running the 1.5 version of chitubox that seems stable.

Can you take a look at my settings and see what changes I need to make.
