Help with 1 of my 2 Ender 3v2's

I have 2 3nder 3v2's but currently struggling with one of them. I am guessing its an extrusion issue but confused as to why one printer is fine and the other isnt. Both printers have upgraded aluminium Extruders. I have attached a photo with a print done on both printers. Its the same filament and the same gcode file. The photo looks like the left hand print is bigger but it isnt.On the printer with the problem I have changed the bowden tube and connector. The connector is not the one that comes with the printer. I have also dissembled the extruder & cleaned it.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks
