Makerbot Method X, bad floor / bulging

Hello,

I have been having problems printing ASA/ABS/PLA, its the same for all prints and i can not figure out why.

I have calibrated the extruder, use the default print settings and print with a raft. I use new ASA and SR30. I have tried different extruders and i calibrate the buildplate whenever i change.
The first couple of layers and the bottom always seems to be bad, but the rest of it is very nice and as i expect. But i can not use it because om the floor and the first couple of layers.
I have tried different settings and so, but i have not found anything that works.
