Pinshape Turns to Equity Crowdfunding

Pinshape has launched an equity crowdfunding campaign via Fundable.com, a popular business crowdfunding portal, as the company experiences torrid expansion in the 3D printing arena. With a focus on growth, as well as quality in design offerings, following their January 2015 public launch, Pinshape is seeking accredited investors via Fundable to fund portions of their $500K goal, raising the funds on a convertible note with a $6M cap. Those investing in this offering will see these notes convert to equity at the end of Pinshape's Series A round, scheduled to take place sometime next year.
