Understanding these parameters?

I placed a comment in https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1264391 so hope to hear from the author. But meanwhile can anyone make sense of the 'Vent' and 'Decorations' parameters here please?

I have to set 'Decorations' ON, regardless. Setting just Vents to ON results in no vents. And I see nothing that could be described as decorations anyway?

I can see a bunch of things that could be decorations (text mainly).
But if you look at the file this guy is not a native english speaker.
I mean why would your font variable be called 'policemen' ?

it looks like decorations is part of the veny setup, so yeah would need to be on.

Thanks CA. I could find no text either. The ‘PCB’ does not seem part of the print. Presumably just to show its intended position. If I hear back from the author I’ll post again.

I’m wondering if by ‘decorations’ he meant ‘reinforcements’ or similar
