when i attempt to load a pla filament in the right extruder of my creator pro 2, it just doesn't heat up. all i see on the screen is "heating... R. Extruder... 30°C / 0°C" and the progress bar stays at 0%. the left extruder is working fine... any ideas? i already attempted a factory reset, but that did very little if not nothing at all.thanks.
