Z axis shell gaps + Lines in print face

I have an ender 5 pro (im also new to this 3d printing thing)
Using creality provided pla filament atm
I've set the printer up and am now calibrating shrinkage % with circles.I have Z axis shell gaps like so:

I noticed string lines in the prints that show on the surface that shouldnt be there.
