Ender 3 Slicer Settings (need pro help)

If you think you are very good at slicer setting and think you could help me set them on https://grid.space/kiri (I know this is a crap slicer but I can't download on my school comp. and this is the best online one). I am running a stock Ender 3 printer. I am looking for just normal quality prints. My spam email nonoright1@gmail.com , in which you can email me the settings to. Please help!
