New BAAM Gets Multimaterial Upgrade

A new Big Area Additive Manufacturing (BAAM) machine, recently installed at the Department of Energy's Manufacturing Demonstration Facility (MDF), will be modified to have more capabilities than the original. Among other upgrades, the new BAAM will be able to 3D print taller objects and will have the ability to print with multiple materials in the same build.
