3D printer not printing arches

I am relatively new to 3D printing. I am using a Makerbot Replicator 2 that I can use at work.

I am trying to 3D print a piece. I have attached the STL file and an image of what is happening. The print appears to stop mid-print on the arches. It gets really thin and wispy and then stops extruding and says it is finished. I believe I had the settings at 20% infill with 3 shells. I also tried 80% infill with 3 shells.

Does anyone know what to do to make this print properly?

Does the whole model show up in the slicer ?
And if you do a preview print does it go all the way through ?

I actually do have information about this. I tried printing this mount and a different piece at the same time. When this mount messed up, it would cause the other one to also mess up.

I then decided to print them separately. The second piece was bigger in all dimensions. It printed fine. When trying to print them together, the mount caused both to fail.

I think you need a Gcode viewer. I know nothing about Simplify3D other than CuriousA goes on like a broken record about it so I don't know if it has a Gcode viewer or not but I think there are some online and for sure Cura does it. Maybe "Print Preview" is the Gcode viewer but if it aint then you need one.

Given that another file prints fine at a larger size, it's got to be the stl file itself.

I suppose there's an error in the STL file, have you checked and repaired the file? Netfabb is a good free tool for this.

Otherwise it can be your slicer, I occassionally have the same problem. Cura lets you preview the Gcode layer by layer so you can sort out the problem.
