Guys, I just saw this deal, and was wondering if it was a good one.
This company is apparently selling the UP Plus 2 for $2,242.50 but when you buy it you get an UP MINI for free. Is this a steal or not? I don't know what the UP Plus 2 normally sells for.
This is a deal if you want 2 printers. The Plus 2 goes for $1745 on Amazon.com, and the UP mini for $930. However, I don't know if its really "Buy one, get one free" like they claim since the package is priced at $500 more than the UP 2 sells for.
The two printers are insanely overpriced and always have been. I have met the developers of these machines at a Trade show, nice guys from New Zealand, but they need to re-think their pricing strategy. Their machines are good, but they're not that good :)
