Printing Issue: Repeating pattern in walls

Hello, I just recently added the Microswiss direct drive extruder and hot end to my Ender 3 Pro. My prints before were amazing and after switching to these they have become very problematic. I have gotten mostly everything fixed quality wise besides this weird repeating pattern in my walls. I have tried everything I can to fix it but just cant. I have dialed in my E steps perfectly, I have tried different extrusion multipliers, nothing from what I can tell is loose on the printer (was fine before), the extruder gears aren't skipping and I have already testing the feed speeds and it can print very very fast with no hiccups. I have tried different printing speeds, jerk settings, acceleration settings. At this point I really don't know what to do. Does anyone have any tips on what it could be? Maybe replacing the extrusion motor perhaps or my mainboard is acting up?
