Possible to change "Auto Home" position on Ender 3?

Using an Ender 3. I have flashed a bootloader and updated the firmware to Marlin 1.1.9.

My issue is that I would like to change how my printer operates when I press the "Auto Home" button. Currently it hits the end switches and stays at the edge of the bed. This is inconvenient as it blocks easy access to the heat bed, for cleaning/prep.

When I press "Auto Home" I would like it to hit the end switches and then have the Z-axis move 100mm up and the Y-axis to move 100mm towards the front.

Which variables in the configuration file do I need to change in order to make this happen? If possible.
