Original FF Creator Tool 0 Failure! Temperature dropping check wiring.

Having issue with original FF Creator Dual. When preheating, the right extruder begins to preheat, but takes forever to reach 240c. The readings will stay below 200c, but the filament begins to melt while waiting. Eventually I first see timed out while waiting for heater or something like that, then the machine will begin to print anyway. The temps will read correctly for a second, and they will be up and down before I see Tool 0 Failure! Temperature dropping check wiring. Then I cannot exit out of that, and I will hear the clicking sound that you hear when the filament cannot extrude because there is not enough heat.
