Hands and feet pulling away even with supports

Hello,
I am trying to print a character with my flashforge creator pro.
I am using simplify3d slicer software and have followed these settings.
material pla
temp 205
bed temp 65
infill % 20
skirt 2 layers

The first couple layers still get spaghetti-ed up and I barely get any extraction strings, but the extruder ever so often still rips a hand off and the top of the characters foot did not get covered, it has strings.

The bed seems level unless its warped.
The unit is only 2 months old and the material seems to be coming off the roller smooth.
Any tips would be sooooo awesome, it can sure get frustrating!!!
