Problem with proper layer

Hi all.I just got my 3D printer 7 days ago. And i am having some problems.My printer is a Anycubic kobra neo1. I can see lines on outher wall2. I cant get first layer to be right.I have made auto level, adjusted z-axis offset with papir between bed and nozzle.I have trid messure amount of filament on 120 mm, to make e-step kalibration.And now, im just out of ideas.Here is what it looks like

Does anyone know, why this happens ?Brian

Yes, further adjustment was needed.
I leveled my bed, set my flowrate, set retraction down to 1. Then run an autolevel and adjusted my z-axis offset.
It helped a lot :)
