Together with 3D Scan Solutions we made this sculpture found in Jordan for ''het Rijksmuseum van Oudheden''. The original was 3D scanned by Erwin Kanters, the file was 3D printed by 3DWP and colored with airbrush. We made some replicas of this wooden sculpture by 3D scanning and 3D printing it, it also involved some 3D modeling because of hard to scan areas. While the original was made from wood, the replicas were made from strong ABS plastic, filled with plaster for extra weight and coated with real bronze metal.Need anything in the field of 3D?
