Wrecked printer

Hi.

I have two printers. Massportal Pharaoh Ed and cheaper Alfawise U10.

Unfortunately i broke my U10. Heater wires connect accidentaly to bedtemp sensor. Now Controllunit shows all the time bedtemp to 104C.
If I'm right, i proke somethin from motherboard. Where or how do i get new one with current software?
I have bought this printer when it was allready builded up, so I don't have any experience of that.

replace the thermistor on the bed first.
It's quite likely that's all that's died.
It's a cheap part and should be fairly easy to replace.

Thermistor fault is out counted.
If thermistor connector is disconnected, temp value is same. There is no way to affect temp value with resistive changes in bed temp connector.
