Need help with wiring colors on extruders

For reasons that are too long to go in to, I'm trying to temporarily use my right extruder wiring harness on my left extruder (switched over nozzle wiring too). It seemed like my plan was going to work great until I noticed that forward/reverse on the extruder had gotten switched around when I tried to load filament for a test print. It should be a simple matter of rewiring the harness, but I'm not sure which wires. The extruders have red, black, yellow, and orange wires. Thoughts?

Generally they are Bipolar Stepper motors, there is 4 wires because there is 2 coils, pos and neg for each, I'm pretty sure you need to reverse both of them - but ill double check.
