The Hovalin is an open source violin that has been through several development phases. Created by Matt and Kaitlyn Hova, the latest version of the Hovalin, the 3.0, will include many new changes, documented by Matt Hova in a recent blog post. Hova is also getting plenty of feedback from Hovalin enthisiasts over at Reddit, where there's a current thread about planned and suggested changes.
