"Out of Hand - Materializing the Post-Digital" - at the Museum of Art and Design, NY

While it covers the digital revolution in 3D art in general, and is not limited to things made using 3D printing, the show certainly had many examples of how it can be used in unexpected ways. The show's still going on, but only for another week. If you're in the area, it's not to be missed.
