Julija Frodina's 3D Printed Shoes Are Certainly Wild

Julija Frodina designed a wild pair of 3D printed shoes -- or foot structures -- for a final Master's project in her Industrial and Product Design program at Vilnius Academy of Arts. She wanted to fuse traditional design/production methods with modern design/ production methods, and the outcome looks very postmodern and very uncomfortable -- but who knows? Designed in Rhino and 3D printed in corn plastic, these foot structures definitely get us to reconsider the boundary between shoes, sculpture, and even architecture.
