Ender 3V2. home and Y axis error problem.

Hi. we have a Ender 3v2, about a year.If we try to print, it will set to home.But when it start the printing and use the Y axes just a little, it crash.The printer stop's total, whit need to reset by power off, display do also not work after the crashthis is now about 2 week's.Did try old print that where fine before. But they also crash. We use normaly the sd, for printing, but i can also connect my laptop.and did test the axes there it only crash on the Y-.what can be the problem for this, and how can i fix it.i was looking for something to config the the axis again, but did not found something how to do that.the printer use the 1.0.4.firmware on the moment. did update it to check if that did help, but did not help to fix it.hope some one can help to fix the problem ! ?
