5th Generation First Layer Leveling Issues

I am hoping someone might be able to help me out with an issue I am having. I am trying to print multiple parts by using the whole plate. The parts that are in the middle seem to print fine but as you get further out on the sides of the plate the plastic doesn't adhere. It's almost like the plate is bowed. I have tried leveling multiple times, also tried to manual adjust the plate and I feel like it is close but still the same issue. I have also replaced the glass with a new piece I had cut for me at a local shop. What other things could be causing the issues with printing out on the edge of plate? If I use a raft the raft looks perfect but the first layer of the part still does the same thing.
