I recently bought a Qidi Tech Dual Extruder. For some reason, the platform isn't lowering when I print any of the test files. Has anyone else run into this issue with their printer?I'm pretty new to 3D printing so if anyone can recommend some essential reference material I'd appreciate it. The Qidi user manual doesn't address this issue.
