Tevo Tornado Questions-

So, I did the Craigslist special for my second printer and paid too much for a beat up Tevo tornado.A few trips to the hardware store got it running, and I want to fix it up.My first Benchy has some issues which I now I have seen somewhere but cant find now, Any suggestions on weather these layer line issues are Software or hardware would be appreciated.It has the dual fan mod and i am not sure if going back to stock would be better, Anyone have experience with that much air flow? I read somewhere you should use PLA with higher temp rating with this.New Nozzles and Glass bed on the way, But the lines in the Benchy had me worried, is this the TL smoother issue I have read about?Thanks all!!

lines look like hardware.
could be loose belts.

if you look at the columns supporting the roof you can see that almost none of the layers are properly centred on the one below.
