Ender 3 Pro Print Quality Check

Hi there,

I am pretty new to 3D printing and wanted to check if I have an issue with some tiles I am trying to print.

Attached is a photo of my tile that has been sprayed ready for painting, as you can see there are a number of imperfections around the trees and was wondering if this is about as good as I can expect or if I should be tweaking my slicer settings?

So far I have only changed the following settings:Travel speed: 200, Retraction Distance: 7, Retraction Speed 25. I am printing at a layer height of 0.16, thanks + hope you can help!
