Creator Pro + Octoprint (Dropping serial connection to printer)

New Creator Pro running Sailfish v7.8 +Octopro on Pi 3 Model B.
I have followed numinous instructables on how to set this up but I am still having serial com problems between the PI and printer.

In Octoptrint when I attempt to load the file to the Creator Pro, I drop the serial connection. I have tried adjusting the timeout's with no success.
Does anyone have this successfully working with my configuration and if so could you share the profile/setting and any tricks to get this working?
