HP Announces Acquisition of David Vision Systems GmbH & David 3D Solutions

HP has announced the acquisition of German 3D scanning manufacturer David Vision Systems GmbH and David 3D Solutions. This will allow them to keep improving on the immersive Sprout ecosystem, as well as expanding their customer base. Acquiring this company means having access to their hardware and software assets, as well as crucial scanning algorithms and automated calibration methods.
