H2 BigtreeTech stops while printing

If got a new H2 Extruder and installed it on my Ender 3 with an SKR mini e3 DIPP(2208). If done E-stepps, Home offset, set the motor current, PID tune, changed the settings in cura like retraction and many more. But the print will always fail. It starts normally and then after the skirt it fails(The Extruder just stops. The Motor has no torqued, so you can move the extruder Wheel with your hand.) Sometimes the Printer prints like 10min and fail. But the Print will always fail. I have no idea. If somebody can help me out would be great. Thanks a lot.Marian
