Stressed Dad seeking advice for a Ender 3 printer

Hi,I've just tried to level my bed. Using the method with thin paper and a gcode that moved the exruder around the bed, I felt the bed was level. Each step my paper could slide between the nozzle and bed but I felt friction.However, when I print a test "nut" - the print does not look good. What print material? Print temp? Bed temp? What bed material? The more details about your setup, the easier it will be to help you!

It also looks like its a slicer or settings issue. Those look too big to be stringing.
