Renishaw Helps TransFIORmers, French Moto2 Team with 3D Printed Bike System

Renishaw has played a part in helping another intense sports team put together parts for making a high-performance vehicle. I3D Concept came to them as they needed a 3D printed metal solution for the front suspension desired by the TransFIORmers, a French Moto2 team. Using Renishaw's AM250 additive manufacturing system, I3D Concept made a titanium wishbone system that is rigid yet light in weight, easily modified, and quickly made. Much to everyone’s delight, the team, employing the unique new suspension, just went on to win their initial race at the CEV Repsol European Championship in Barcelona.
