3D Printed Sustainable Industrial Design
An eco-minded Industrial Design team collaborates to create kits of standardized components, including 3D-printed joints, for small home appliances like hand mixers, lamps, and fans. The motor of a hand mixer can be repurposed for a household fan and that fan easily converted to a heater. The team's collaborative designs or on display at BIO 50, an industrial design biennale hosted by Slovenia’s Museum of Architecture and Design in Ljubljana.
