Need to add more variety of colors.
Need to change the website color palette - grey text on black background is not very readable.
Need a logo for business.
More colors for sure and possibly .5kg packaging ?
I would rather suggest to add "PLA Explorer's Kit " which would contain samples of filaments of different colors and materials.
More variety in colors and materials
examples of prints with your filament. Time lapse video of prints.
Beter site with more flashy pictures
All the colors see drab and lack variety.
The site could use an upgrade so that the text is more readable and interesting. A larger selection of materials would also be a good thing.
A sleeker looking website and more variety of filaments.
Better variety, stronger web design. Consumers don't like to dish out payment info to a site that looks like it hasn't been "painted" in years. Maybe, a scroll down page with filament categories in each section. PLA, ABS, SPECIALTY, FUN, EXOTIC etc.
More variety and better prices, especially for the ABS, they are charging nearly double the market average.
I would change the design of the site and make it more interractive.
How about making the selection of materials more interesting by adding more materials.
Also update the look/layout of the website; this doesn't look like a serious website at the moment (I know; very shallow, but that's how people are.)
Filament selection would be easier if you could select the diameter, material, color (or either of these) and then it shows all the results regarding your selection.
Change website color scheme - not very easy to read. MORE colors of filaments. Logo??
I wanna see how these filaments print!
More Color Choices and a little lower pricing.
New layout, no watermarks on your photos, or at least not in front of the picture.
Make more clear which size 1,75/3mm filament it is and which material, make categories.
Also, more color options :)
Oh and specifications like melt temperature and tolerance on radius filament etc.
Kind regards,
Natascha
I do like the simplicity of the site. Some site clutter up the pages with too many things. I like getting right to the product, then click on what I want to look at, and read what I need to know about it.
I think one of the main keys in business is not just the main products, but finding things that will take your customers' experiences to the next level. Like finding ways to make better prints, or get prints to stick better, yet easer to pull of print bed in the end. I guess, it's all about studying people's problems and figuring out what to supply them to ease those problems. I'd like to see bigger spools. Everyone seems to be downsizing spools these days, yet want more money. Yeah, more material at a good price. I would like to see standard size spool holes or spools, to match all these spool holders.
I was directed to a site called http://3dprintingsupplies.bigcartel.com/ Is it the same ?
The grey/black colours are not very cheerful. Perhaps showing things made with your products would be a good marketing move ?
Just PLA and ABS may seem a bit limited... more materials perhaps ? Or pellets ?
When it comes to product display, especially on a website, consistency is critical. Take the time to shoot quality pictures of each filament offered so that people can skim to what attracts their eye. The lack of consistency made me confused and would lessen my likelihood to purchase from your website.
I wouldn't change anything. Your site is clear and concise. Maybe a larger font for us old folks.
More materials (flex, clear/natural, etc.)
More colors, a nicer webpage to make it look more professional, and definable some more variety, and category
bigger menu font text, back ground color to black or white, gray is dull, pictures of filaments should have uniform background color, not different shades of gray from different lightings/walls,
More variety of colors and types of filament. The 0.99 cent shipping is great.
I like the name JustFilaments but the site is 3Dprintingsupplies and no mention of JustFilaments
Website looks cheaply made. Also the selection is not very good. I would rather just get my filament all at one place, so Justfilaments would not be one of the contenders for my business.
Gotta fix the website.
you guys could use a more polished website, along with more color and size options.
What would you change about JustFilaments to make it better?
I really like how you have a 1.75mm and 3mm section. If I was ever looking for some new stuff to play with, that's the first place I'd go to get a broad overview of what I can print. You should probably do just the opposite by adding sections for the individual filament types. I'd also recommend that you add some new colors and filament types; the more the merrier.
Being "Just Filaments" they are limiting their profit potential but they could get away with adding more products. They need to display a group of 6 or so images that would navigate the user to that section (PLA, ABS, Wood, etc) They also need to have a lighter background and a logo. Right now it looks like a fly by night shop.
Nice little site you got there...
Like many other people said, more color choices. I appreciate the filament descriptions with Pros and Cons. Many places don't do this.
I'd invest some time and money to flesh out the site a bit more. Right now its a functional, barebones site but some branding and site development can help make your site more memorable and look more credible.
Some more pictures of the material in action, and a more colorful website.
You should make website more attractive and get a logo.
Very generic site, looks like it is right from a Wordpress template and took about five minutes to make. More interaction, rather than generic search. More of a stepped process where you guide the customer to the product instead of just throwing it out there.
Get a better website!
You need a variety of colors, materials, features, etc
Able to buy filament by length in addition to by weight - pla weight can change with moisture
Need a lot more variety, and a website redesign. The website doesn't flow well.
get rid of the watermark in front of all of your filament pictures! it looks very unprofessional. Also the menus and title looks quite old and in need of a touchup. Basically it looks like a shady back-alley filament dealer and I would not trust the quality of your products as a result.
More color, and materiel selection and new website colors it alitlle hard to read.
