So this has happened twice now. It looks like the print has just shifted over. both times it happened in the same direction, and it did not happen in the same layer on the 2 prints. It is not consecutive prints. I had one mess up, then a good print, then another mess up. all three the same pla, and gcode.

Guess it does not matter, It appears the the belt it not quite tight enough and is jumping teeth.
Could be when the drive gear was installed the Allen set screw was not set on the flat key or tight enough and is slipping.
Thanks for the help, but the belts are definitely not loose.
Have you adjusted your stepper motor Vref current

I had checked the level just before the print and it was good. After another print had failed just like this and immediately checked the level and the bed was was off all 4 corners and center where at least a full turn to close to the nozzle. I updated the springs a while back and the wheels are pretty stiff so I?m now sure how they are just turning on there own or if this is the problem as after the print shift it still prints smooth and straight. Just something I noticed
I agree with Roberts, check the stepper voltage. If too low, they can skip steps.
Is there a voltage they should be at? They?re 24v right?

I have on the 12v system
V-Ref on X, Y, E0 and E1 ~ 0.695v
V-Ref on Z ~ 1.395v
I have on the 24v system
V-Ref on X, Y, E0 and E1 ~ 0.395v

You should search for your 3D Printer to be able the adjust your Stepper Drivers V-Ref voltage.
You should have more than enough information of how to adjust the Stepper Motor Drivers.
Though if you have any questions be sure to ask before proceeding.

It appears that the V-Ref voltages are quite similar to that of my 3D Printers because Both use the A4988 Drivers.

You say you changed the springs - did you screw them down REALLY tight ?
If not the bed will move.
Had similiar issues with my delta until I tightened the bolts so that the springs are really compressed.
When I changed the wingnuts for locking nuts and wheels on my i3 I did the same. Tightened to the point there's almost no wiggle room left.
99 times out of 100 3d printer issues are something simple and mechanical.
To me that looks like bed shift. if it were anything else it wouldn't just be on the one layer - and you wouldn't get prints that work without problems.
